Such countries as Ceylon, China, Costa Rica, India, Pakistan, and Turkey have recently sought and obtained technical advice in this field, while some have placed orders abroad for equipment. Landings have already significantly increased in a number of minor producing countries, though not yet on a large enough scale to affect total world production.
