Abstract

The report on the development of a National E-commerce Strategy of Rwanda provides strategic recommendations and an action plan for the development and use of e-commerce in Rwanda, covering initiatives in both the public and private sectors. The strategy aims to bring Rwanda towards a sustained and inclusive development path through digitalization and e-commerce. It has been developed through a multi-stakeholder approach with UNCTAD support.
