The analysis and empirical evidence in the previous chapters have significant policy implications. The Report has sought to present the evidence in a comprehensive manner so that it can serve as a resource for policymakers and promote open policy dialogue both within the LDCs and between the LDCs and their development partners. Without seeking to pre-empt alternative locally-grounded interpretations, this final chapter draws some policy implications.
