LDCs have ratified several international IP treaties over the years. Annex 1 contains a list of the signed and/or ratified IP treaties by LDCs, as of June 2023. Although international norms are largely set by the WTO Agreement on Trade-Related Aspects of Intellectual Property Rights (TRIPS), LDCs vary in their membership in a number of other relevant treaties.
