Introduction

In February 2022, Russia launched a full-scale invasion of Ukraine, resulting in an ongoing war which was a big shock for the Ukrainian and the global economies. The country’s resources had to be redirected towards state defence and finding solutions to mitigate the impact of the war on the well-being of citizens and businesses.
