The present volume reproduces the awards in two arbitration cases, namely, the case between Pakistan and India concerning the intended constructionof a dam on their shared watercourse, and the case between Mauritius and theUnited Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland regarding the disputeover the Chagos Marine Protected Area.
