In relation to implementing UNSCR 1540, Japan provides a detailed record of its capacity-building assistance in the areas of aviation, maritime and port security, customs and law enforcement cooperation, export control and non-proliferation, counter-CBRN terrorism and anti-terror conventions and protocols.
