This Assessment of Development Results (ADR) conducted in 2013, is the first for Kenya. It was carried out by the Independent Evaluation Office (IEO) of the United Nations Development Programme (UNDP)with support fromthe Government of Kenya, various other national stakeholders, the UNDP Kenya country office and the UNDP Regional Bureau for Africa. The ADR examined the UNDP Kenya country programme for the period 2009-2013



UNDP's contribution to development results

This section of the report analyses the relevance, effectiveness, efficiency and sustainability of UNDP Kenya’s contribution against the expected outcomes. It covers four areas of outcomes: democratic governance, disaster risk reduction and recovery/peace building and conflict prevention, inclusive economic growth, and energy and environment for sustainable development.
