Principal characteristics and development of the Central American productive structure

In order to evaluate properly the range of Central American economic di-versification, it must be considered both in global terms —with a view toward appraising the general features of the structural development-- and in its more important details, among which those relating to industrialization and foreign trade are especially outstanding.
