The preparation of annual national accounts statistics in the Republic of Korea is undertaken by the Economic Statistics Department at the Bank of Korea (BOK), the central bank located in Seoul. The official estimates are published annually on the internet (http://ecos.bok.or.kr), as well as in "National Accounts". Employment data are complied by the Korea National Statistical Office, Daejeon. Balance sheets for non-financial assets and fixed assets are compilied by Statistics Korea.
