The purpose of this report is to present an assessment of the contributions of the United Nations Development Programme (UNDP) to development results in Zambia in the period 2002 to 2009. It covers two programming cycles known as the second Country Cooperation Framework (CCF-II) 2002 to 2006, and the current Country Programme Document (CPD) 2007 to 2010. The evaluation was carried out between June 2009 and January 2010, and its findings were designed to contribute to the new country programme, currently being prepared by the UNDP Country Office and national stakeholders.
