The Evaluation Office of the United Nations Development Programme (UNDP) conducts independent country evaluations called Assessment of Development Results (ADR) to review the relevance and strategic positioning of UNDP and its contribution to development results. The goal of the ADR is to enhance the Organization’s accountability and learning, as well as the effectiveness of its programmes.
