Introduction (English)

As the International Criminal Tribunal for Rwanda (ICTR) implements its Completion Strategy, its Legal Library and Reference Unit has undertaken measures to update the Tribunal’s Special Bibliography with a 2012 edition. This new edition is intended to facilitate access to the increasing volume of published documents on the work of the Tribunal. The publication provides access to a broad range of documents covering various areas, including the Tribunal’s establishment, its cooperation with national courts, its case law and contribution to the development of international criminal law.
