The present volume is made up of five cases, namely, the decision of the Chile-United States Commission concerning the dispute regarding responsibility for the deaths of Letelier and Moffitt; the award in the case concerning the Loan Agreement between Italy and Costa Rica (dispute arising under a financing agreement); the Delimitation Decision and related documents of the Eritrea-Ethiopia Boundary Commission;1 the award in the case between France and the United Nations Educational, Scientific and Cultural Organization (UNESCO) concerning the question of the tax regime governing pensions paid to retired UNESCO officials residing in France; and the award in the case concerning the audit of accounts between the Netherlands and France in application of the Protocol of 25 September 1991 Additional to the Convention for the Protection of the Rhine from Pollution by Chlorides of 3 December 1976.
