Will my certification be accepted in another country?

There is no easy ‘yes’ or ‘no’ answer to this question. Generally the acceptance of product certification is limited to the national level or, in exceptional cases, the regional level. Few, if any, product certification schemes enjoy universal acceptance. There are only a few certification schemes in the automotive industry which are accepted generally. They are based on the single standard (ISO 9001) with specific customization.
