Constant quality improvements are the basis for a secure future of a company. Economic success depends on consistent management policy, which is the driving force for a continuous improvement process (CIP). Business partners have to be included in this process. A feeling for new developments both in the market and in customer requirements is important in order to be able to make changes and be flexible in managing product sales. Consistent values provide a sense of direction and make the way a company behaves measurable and predictable. For a company the development, manufacture and delivery of high-quality products along with first-class service have to be declared goals for continuous success.
