The Internet is a ‘new’ medium to improve customer service and communication between you and your customers. The use of e-mail and well-designed websites gives value to your business and helps to create, establish and maintain valuable relationships with your customers. E-mail newsletters, for example, are a good way to promote your products and services. You can use video-conferencing via the Internet as a low-cost way to interact with your suppliers and customers. You can also conduct regular electronic surveys and send your customers the results.
