The Checklist is broken into 13 parts, each covering a particular aspect of ISO 22000, with a brief explanation of the relevant requirement and guidance on how to incorporate the requirement into a food safety management system geared to the needs of a particular enterprise.

Management review

Manage men t must review the food safety management system to ensure its continuing suitability adequacy and effectiveness. The review also facilitates the assessment of opportunities for improvement and the need for change to the system, including the food safety policy This review should take place at planned intervals. In the early stages of implementation, these intervals may be shorter than when the system is mature.
