Background

This paper is aimed at policymakers at various levels, including international organizations, national governments and local authorities that are responsible for creating and implementing climate change policies. This document demonstrates the importance of the SEEA when it comes to formulating effective climate change policy, with a focus on those policies at the nexus between the environment, climate and economy.
