The Central Bank of Chile (Banco Central de Chile) prepares Chile’s national accounts. Official estimates are published in "Cuentas Nacionales de Chile" (http://www.bcentral.cl/publicaciones/indextema.htm). The information on methods and sources that follows is primarily based on detailed information that the Central Bank has sent to the United Nations. An updated methodological summary can be found on the IMF’s Dissemination Standards Bulletin Board (see http://http://dsbb.imf.org/Pages/SDDS/CtyCtgList.aspx?ctycode=CHL). The Central Bank of Chile’s new national accounts series uses 2013 as reference year for chain-linked volume measures.
