The UNDP Evaluation Office would like to offer its sincere thanks to the evaluation team. The team was led by Philip Tortell and comprised Sherrill Wittington, Ozren Runic and John Duguman. Philip Tortell and John Duguman addressed UNDP work in the area of environment and energy support, Sherrill Wittington addressed gender equality and support to crisis prevention and recovery in the Autonomous Region of Bougainville, and Ozren Runic addressed the areas of Millennium Development Goals, governance, HIV and AIDS and disaster risk reduction. Thanks also go to Vijayalakshmi Vadivelu as the UNDP Evaluation Office task manager. Elizabeth De León-Jones provided valuable research support.
