When the topic of sustainability and indigenous people is discussed, one of the first issues to be mentioned is the relationship between indigenous people and nature. Presently, all humans are facing great danger as we try to cope with several ongoing global environmental problems. As we look for various means to tackle this situation, it seems the phrase “indigenous people in harmony with nature” invariably crops up.
