Preventing commercial disputes

Crucial to any dispute avoidance scheme is a well-balanced contract. Two ways of helping to avoid conflicts are, firstly, to negotiate a contract in the best possible way, and secondly, to take advantage of the opportunity to adapt the contract, especially when there have been significant modifications to the situation that prevailed at its signature.
