The compilation of national accounts data were obtained from a specialized department (National Accounts Department) at the Palestinian Central Bureau of Statistics (PCBS). PCBS was established in 1993 under the name of the Palestinian Bureau of Statistics. The concepts, definitions, sources of basic statistics and methodology for compilation were described in the revised time series report covering 1994-2000 data at current and constant prices.
