This evaluation was conducted by the Evaluation Office of UNDP, with Roberto La Rovere as evaluation manager. The office drew on the following persons to conduct the evaluation: team leader Nadia Bechraoui, and the team members Mamadou Coulibaly (on the poverty component, and the fight against HIV/AIDS); Clément Sekongo (on governance aspects); Asna Fall (gender) and Gabriella Buescher (crisis prevention and recovery).
