This book grew out of a 2013 symposium organised by Magaly Rodríguez García, in cooperation with Edith Siegenthaler and Elife Biçer-Deveci from the University of Bern, and Blandine Blukacz-Louisfert from the United Nations Officin Geneva (UNOG).
