Related activities: Nation branding, propaganda, cultural relations, public relations, lobbying

In this chapter we shall examine a number of related activities: nation branding, propaganda, cultural relations, public relations, and lobbying. In an attempt to distinguish these activities from public diplomacy, we shall hope to cast more light on public diplomacy itself.
