Director of the World Health Organization (WHO) Collaborating Centre for Psychosocial Factors, Substance Abuse and Health. Currently serving as Chair, Education Committee of the Asian-Pacific Society for Alcohol and Addiction Research, and as President, Chinese Association of Drug Abuse Prevention and Treatment and Chinese Association of Addiction Medicine.
