It is my pleasure to present this comprehensive assessment of UNDP’s performance over the period 2014 to 2017. This evaluation covers the Executive Board-approved Strategic Plan 2014–2017, Global Programme and five regional programmes. The report focuses attention on key aspects of UNDPs work under the current Strategic Plan and considers the way UNDP provides programme support to partner governments.
