Administrative and budgetary questions

In 1978, the General Assembly reviewed the composition of the United Nations Secretariat and the progress made in carrying out the guidelines that it had established concerning the recruitment of the staff. In addition, the Assembly discussed the implementation of personnel policy reforms it had authorized in 1974, and the employment of General Service staff in Geneva.
