Organismos nacionales competentes en virtud de los tratados internacionales de fiscalización de drogas

Este directorio enumera las autoridades nacionales competentes facultadas para expedir certificados y autorizaciones para la importación y exportación de estupefacientes y sustancias psicotrópicas, y para regular o hacer cumplir los controles nacionales sobre los precursores y Productos químicos. Los fundamentos jurídicos para designar a estas autoridades son la Convención única sobre estupefacientes de 1961 (artículo 18), la Convención sobre Sustancias Psicotrópicas de 1971 (artículo 16) y la Convención de las Naciones Unidas contra el Tráfico Ilícito de Estupefacientes y Sustancias psicotrópicas de 1988 (artículo 12).
