The 2018 World Public Sector Report was prepared by the Department of Economic and Social Affairs of the United Nations (UNDESA), through its Division for Public Administration and Development Management (DPADM). The report was prepared under the responsibility of Marion Barthélemy, by a team of United Nations staff led by David Le Blanc. The team comprised Peride K.
