Для страны с населением в 33 млн человек цифра весьма ощутимая. По оценкам экспертов к 2100 году частота и сила природных катаклизмов может значительно увеличиться а число внутренних мигрантов — достигнуть беспрецедентного уровня.

Au Pérou, les migrants climatiques de plus en plus nombreux
Entre 2008 et 2019 sur les 33 millions d’habitants que compte le pays environ 656 000 ont dû se déplacer suite à des catastrophes naturelles d’après le Centre de surveillance des déplacements internes (IDMC). D’ici 2100 ces déplacements pourraient atteindre des niveaux sans précédent et la fréquence et l’intensité des aléas naturels grimper en flèche.
Cada vez más migrantes climáticos en Perú
Entre 2008 y 2019 de los 33 millones de habitantes de Perú unos 656.000 se vieron obligados a desplazarse por catástrofes naturales según el Observatorio de Desplazamientos Internos (IDMC por sus siglas en inglés). Se calcula que para 2100 los riesgos por movimientos humanos podrían incrementarse hasta niveles sin precedentes y dispararse la frecuencia e intensidad de los peligros ambientales.
Peru faces a surge of climate migrants
Between 2008 and 2019 around 656000 of Peru’s 33 million inhabitants were forced to move because of natural disasters according to the Internal Displacement Monitoring Centre (IDMC). It is estimated that by 2100 these movements could reach unprecedented levels as the frequency and intensity of environmental hazards are expected to skyrocket.
