Challenges of housing provision for migrants and refugees

Lack of information about housing alternatives and schemes, bureaucratic procedures and regulations in the housing sphere and rights of tenants often combine to make it difficult to pursue adequate housing even when national and local legislation does not prevent them from doing so.
