Scope of the research

Although the study presents an overview of the different experiences of children on the move in Ethiopia, including internally displaced persons (IDPs), refugee children and international migrants, the emphasis of the study is particularly on the internal displacement of children within Ethiopia – and within three cities in particular: Adama, Addis Ababa and Debre Birhan.
