Administrative and budgetary questions

In 1969, the General Assembly again reviewed the composition of the Secretariat and the progress made in recruiting the staff of the Secretariat on as wide a geographical basis as possible. The review was centred mainly on the progress made in the implementation of the Assembly’s request of 21 December 1968, that the Secretary-General continue his efforts to achieve a better geographical distribution of the staff of the Secretariat at all levels.
