According to the UN E-Government Survey 2014, The Netherlands rank on top in the e-Participation Index, the same place as in the previous edition of 2012. Even taking into account that rankings are not the final judgment of excellence, it means that the country performed comparatively well. So the experience gained and the lessons learned are worth sharing.
