En esta sección se resume el plan de acción para la cuarta etapa (2020-2024) del Programa Mundial para la Educación en Derechos Humanos. Sobre la base de los planes de acción de las etapas anteriores, se destacan las medidas clave que deben adoptar los Estados y otras partes interesadas para reforzar la educación en derechos humanos para los jóvenes. El plan de acción fue aprobado el 26 de septiembre de 2019 por el Consejo de Derechos Humanos mediante su resolución 42/7.
