Ownership of housing in the form of condominiums may give rise to conflicts and disputes between the parties involved. Below are some examples of areas where disputesmay arise and indications on how they can be solved. The legal and/or contractual basis for solving disputes should be integrated in the national legal framework and/or in the contracts and agreements regulating the internal life of condominiums.
