Agricultural marketing is the combination of activities by which agricultural raw materials and/or processed products are made ready for consumption and reach the final consumer in a suitable form and quantity at the appropriate time, place and price. Marketing includes buying the product, assembly, transport, sorting, cleaning, grading, storage, packing, promotion, financing, selling and all the other operations involved in bringing goods from producers to final consumers.
