The Assessment of Development Results (ADR) in Thailand is an independent country-level evaluation conducted by the Evaluation Office of the United Nations Development Programme (UNDP) in 2010 to assess UNDP’s overall performance and contribution to development in Thailand during the past two programming cycles under the Country Cooperation Framework 2002-2006 and the ongoing Country Programme 2007-2011. It aims to draw lessons for future strategies, particularly for the next programme for 2012-2016. It also looks at the context in which UNDP projects and activities are planned as part of the broader United Nations Development Assistance Framework (UNDAF) 2002-2006 and United Nations Partnership Framework (UNPAF) 2007-2011.
