The Independent Evaluation Office of the United Nations Development Programme (UNDP) undertook an Assessment of Development Results (ADR) in Sierra Leone in 2013. The ADR is an independent country-level evaluation aimed at capturing and demonstrating evaluative evidence of UNDP’s contribution to development results and its strategic positioning in the country. It provides stakeholders with an objective assessment of UNDP’s work and evaluates the relevance, effectiveness, efficiency and sustainability of UNDP support to national priorities and programmes.
