With the rapid technological advancement and the increase in cross-border e-commerce transactions, the ODR system stands out as the most promising solution for resolving crossborder consumer disputes. Thailand is part of the ASEAN ODR Network for consumers. To move forward in this endeavor, it is recommended that Thailand formulates and implements tailored national policies, laws, and regulations to effectively and expeditiously resolve cross-border e-commerce consumer disputes. The following recommendations are aimed at strengthening and enhancing Thailand’s consumer protection framework in digital markets.
