‘Assessment of Development Results: Evaluation of UNDP Contribution –Countries of the Organisation of Eastern Caribbean States and Barbados’ was planned by the United Nations Development Programme (UNDP) Evaluation Office and conducted by a team of five independent consultants between May and August 2008, in line with Executive Board Decision 2007/24. The Assessment of Development Results (ADR) covers the period since 2001, when UNDP took a subregional approach to programming in 10 countries: Barbados and the nine members and associate members of the Organisation of Eastern Caribbean States (OECS).
