Abstract

This publication compiles market access legislation and related rules of origin for least developed country (LDC) members of the Association of Southeast Asian Nations (ASEAN), namely the Lao People’s Democratic Republic, Cambodia and Myanmar, under current ASEAN free trade agreements (FTAs). It is intended to help producers, traders and exporters understand and apply the preferential rules of origin available to these nations and constitutes Part III of UNCTAD’s series of Handbooks on Duty-free Quota-free Market Access and Rules of Origin for Least Developed Countries.
