Abstract

在香港举办的“流动的盛宴:中国饮食文化”展讲述了华夏五千年饮食文化。这次展 览的首席策展人、艺术史学家蒋得庄向我们讲述了古代食器透露出来的社会习俗和礼 仪,至今仍余响不绝。
