This part contains eight tables of industrial statistics by Arab country (for which data are available) for the period 2006-2012. The International Standard Industrial Classification of All Economic Activities was used in the preparation of the first six tables, namely for the number of establishments; the number of employees; wages and salaries; output; value added; and index numbers of industrial production. The remaining two tables contain time series for mining and quarrying and manufacturing industries. Wages and salaries of workers, output and value added have all been calculated at current prices.
