The Independent Evaluation Office (IEO) of the United Nations Development Programme (UNDP) has carried out an evaluation of the UNDP Strategic Plan, global programme and regional programmes (2014-2017). The evaluation is part of the IEO medium-term plan (DP/2014/5) approved by the Executive Board at the first regular session of 2014. This document constitutes an executive summary of the evaluation, provided for consideration by the UNDP Executive Board at its second regular session of 2017.
