Abstract

Démolie en 1957 pour répondre aux nouveaux besoins du développement urbain de Beijing, la tour de la porte Yongdingmen a été reconstruite en 2004. Vingt ans plus tard, cet édifice emblématique a été inscrit sur la Liste du patrimoine mondial, comme élément constitutif de l’Axe central de Beijing.
