This publication presents the Third Review of Implementation of the Protocol on Strategic Environmental Assessment to the Convention on Environmental Impact Assessment in a Transboundary Context (Espoo Convention). It examines responses to a questionnaire on implementation of the Protocol by countries in the period 2016–2018.
